Overview
Great opportunity to share the gospel and distribute tracts at the St. Patrick’s Day parade in downtown Des Moines. We will have several St Patrick’s Day tracts and million dollar bills available. We will provide training before the events by Frank Chirico, it will . After training and some time of prayer, we will gather together downtown on the parade route to engage in conversation with many before and during the parade.
The outreach will be held along the parade route, before and ahead of the parade.
The parade begins at noon, we will meet at the parade route to being tract distribution at 11:00 am.

| Frank will be summarizing "Tactics in Defending the Faith," a course designed to help you feel less intimidated in conversations about your faith and values, increase your confidence, and improve your skill in discussions no matter whom you are talking to. Frank has been presenting this at his church in 6 sessions, we will present this in a more compressed manner with focus on they most critical tactics. | ||

| We will meet at the parade route about an hour before it begins. Beginning with prayer, then break up into small teams to distribute tracts and share the gospel ahead of the parade. After the parade, we will gather back together for sharing and encouragement. The parade begins at noon. | ||

Frank is the Local Outreach and Evangelism Elder at Calvary Chapel Des Moines as well as the owner and operator of PensAndWrenches.com: a website dedicated to restoring sinners to faith in Jesus Christ, and equipping the saints for ministry. He has been a Gideon since 2014, and also writes for GotQuestions.org: answering questions, sharing the gospel, and ministering to those struggling in their faith.
